You will make a commission on every project you help close.

All commissions are valid only during the calendar year.

You must be fully engaged in the pursuit process.

Be our advocate, maintain client relationships, attend meetings, assist with documentation, negotiate, etc. - no different than what you'd typically do as a salesperson in any other company.

Even though they give you base pay, many companies decrease the commission percentage while increasing the higher commission sales breakpoint. This model limits your capabilities and high-earning opportunities.

Working with many business developers and software sales professionals, we know that realizing $1 million or more in sales is relatively easy for professional business developers.

The type of work you do and the value you bring to the company are essential and should be valued. Therefore, we've incentivized our commission structure to award top performers even more.

Our model enables confident professionals like you to earn more than the typical base pay and low commissions.

We start at 10%. It applies to all sales up to $500k, equivalent to $50k in earnings.

Higher sales come with a Professional Business Developer designation, additional benefits, and recognition. The benefits include raising commissions from 10% to 12.5% for all sales between $500k and $1 Million.

These benefits are even better once you reach $1+ million in sales and commissions reach 15%.

Let's say you made $2 Million in sales.
You'd make
10% on the first $500k
12.5% on the remaining $500k up to $1 Million, and
15% on the second million.
That's $50k + $62.5k + $150k equivalent to $262.5k.

We'll go even further. For our top performers, we'll include a potential profit-sharing bonus at the end of the year, which depends on the company's profitability.
