Approach Methodology
Depending on your needs and requirements, we suggest the best-fit approach to managing and executing the project, ensuring you are fully informed and involved.
The preferred approach is to assess needs, create a plan, identify required skills, and adjust team size based on the timeline. Charges are based on hourly rates and actual hours worked. This approach is called "Time & Material Partnership" or "TMP."
When budget or timeline limitations exist, we may consider a "Fixed-Fee Project" (FFP) method. This approach clearly defines deliverables, timelines, and budgets, but it carries a calculated risk if uncertain. It does not allow for flexibility without changing the original agreement.
We offer an "Annual Support Program" or "ASP," which involves a pre-planned budget and estimated monthly engagement time. The charges are based on the approved hours worked for each request, providing you with a predictable and manageable budget.
